Login problems?
Having trouble logging in? Follow this checklist:
- Check the registration email you were sent. Are you using the correct username?
- Forgotton your username? You can also log in with your email address instead of your username.
- Have you forgotton your password? If so, use the Request new password link.
- Can't resolve the problem? Use the Contact us form and choose the "Login problems" category.
Tip: If you tick the "Remember me" box when logging in and don't then log out, you will stay logged in and won't have to keep logging in each time you visit the site.
